Your Job is to connect with and schedule first-visit appointments for chiropractic patients all over country via text and call.
Becoming a Platinum Concierge team member means that you are:
- Energetic & Friendly (You'll be communicating with patients from all over the country, some are shy or nervous, you like to make them feel comfortable and safe with the doctor they are going to see)
- Tech Savvy & Punctual (We communicate using a powerful tech tool that allows you to text book 80% of the patients, this requires FAST response and willingness to learn new apps and tools from your laptop).
- Organized & Willing to learn (Our Platinum Concierges team books patients for some of the most renowned Chiropractic offices in the entire country, they work fast and can be having MANY conversations at the same time! They are organized and willing to learn and grow).

Your Responsibilities
- Message people that send in inquires
- Call patients that are requesting an appt (no cold calling!)
- Text and email patients
- Communicate with doctors about scheduling
- Schedule patients using online schedulers.
- Report messaging and booking stats daily
- Watch provided training
- Show up for team meetings (zoom meetings)
