Spectrum is actively hiring for Call Center Reps at our Portland, ME customers operations office.
Our team is responsible for providing top-notch support for Spectrum Mobile customers. We are not involved with sales. However, we do have some great incentive programs we'd love to tell you about! Shift in our call center are typically spent stationed a desk, using dual monitors and a headset, navigating multiple systems while talking with customers about their devices and accounts.
To prepare for your new role, we hold an 11-week paid training program. You'll spend 3 weeks in a classroom learning our tools and policies, then spend the next 8 weeks starting to take calls. The support doesn't end here! After training you'll transition to your regular supervisor and receive regular coaching sessions.
