Overview
BNY Mellon’s Freshmen JumpStart is a three-part virtual summer series designed to introduce Black and Hispanic/Latino, first year students to the corporate world of financial services. We would like to help you explore our businesses through individualized sessions and learning from industry professionals to build essential business skills, this program seeks to JumpStart students’ early career journey in financial services, particularly at BNY Mellon!
Open to all current freshmen who are pursuing a bachelor’s degree at an accredited college/university (or currently pursuing an associate’s degree and will be articulating into a bachelor’s degree program)
Students with expected graduation date of December 2025 or May 2026
Inclusive but not limited to students who identify with a historically underrepresented groups in the financial services industry, including but not limited to Black and Hispanic/Latino candidates. Our Freshmen JumpStart experience is an unpaid three-part virtual summer series. Each 2 hour session is designed to introduce first year students to the corporate world of financial services.
