Location: Onalaska, WI

Hours: 5:00pm – 3:30am, Monday – Thursday; No Mandating, No Mandatory Overtime!

Salary: $18.50-20.50 and robust benefits package including, 3 weeks of paid vacation and 8 paid holidays in first year, merit increase eligible twice annually and no nights or weekends!

Purpose & Summary: The Recycling Production team is essential to keeping used electronics out of landfills, and protecting our beautiful environment! As a member of this team, you will help disassemble end-of-life electronics, and sort the components for further processing. Day-to-day responsibilities may include:

• Disassembling electronics
• Sorting commodities
• Cleaning and organizing warehouse workstations
• Goal setting and achievement

Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent combined with previous work experience required. Warehouse experience, manufacturing/demanufacturing, pallet jack experience, and/or forklift experience is a bonus! Additional requirements include:

Skills:

• Basic math skills
• Basic computer skills
• Strong work ethic

Abilities:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the day
• Ability to prioritize effectively in an incentive environment
• Ability to work/stand more than 10 hours per day
• Ability to use basic hand tools

Preferred Qualifications: High awareness of safety practices in a warehouse setting. Maintenance or light maintenance knowledge. Basic understanding of warehouse operations. Strong hand-eye coordination. Basic verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail.
