$70/hr+ Home Health Registered Nurses needed for the Chicago, IL Area Job at NurseNow Staffing
Description:
NurseNow Staffing is urgently hiring Home Health and Home Health Hospice Nurses for a 13-week assignment at $70/hr+ in the Greater Chicago area.
Contract: 13-weeks Full-time, 36-40 Hours Guaranteed, extension options
Setting:
- Field staff all work remotely after training
- Most of our patients will be in Chicago
- 3 Zone options (Lake Zurich area, Oak Lawn area, or Lombard area) - Coverage area to be discussed during interview
Additional Job Responsibilities related to Home Hospital:
- Responsible for Caseloads of Patients in specialty areas.
- Conducting initial assessments to obtain detailed physical, and environmental data.
- Establishing a plan of care in regulation with physician orders
- Advises and consults with family
- Provides interventions and ongoing assessments of patient care
- Completes documentation according to regulations
- Must be able to provide care to CHF patients and identify critical care elements within each patient's specific care plan

Requirements:- Active IL RN license
- Active BLS
- At least 2 year of Home Health Experience
- Basic Infusion Skills
- Technically Savvy, Strong Computer and Phone Skills
- Must be able to lift up to 20lbs
- Must be willing to travel
- EPIC experience required
- Reliable Transportation
- Active Driver's License
- Strong Communication Skills
