We need an A/V professional to run our existing equipment to help record a YouTube show and run equipment for live events.

The position is Full Time, and takes place Tuesday thru Friday, and some Saturdays.

The show is called Houses Flipping People (on Facebook and YouTube).

>> The A/V Professional will record the spokesmodel, Olivia, and her guests in a existing mobile studio using existing equipment.

The events are for Texas REIAs

>> The A/V Professional will setup the run the existing equipment for live presentations (events) at hotels in Austin, Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio.

Equipment Includes:

• Blackmagic ATEM mini pro system with 8 fixed cameras in dedicated mobile studio
• Shure wireless mics
• JBL Amp and Speakers
• Tripod mounted canon video cameras and handheld DJI camera
• Optional DJI Mavic 2 - for drone footage
• Optional - B-Roll footage using DJI handheld

Most of the equipment is already installed and wired together in existing rack systems that are transported to each event. The A/V Professional needs to setup and run the equipment.

The company operates the largest network of real estate investors and real estate investor associations (REIAs) in Texas, and has been in operation since 2003. The show, Houses Flipping People, features true stories of people, in the network, who’s lives have been transformed from becoming real estate investors.

A typical week would look like this:

Tuesdays:

Setup and operate existing equipment for a live event at a hotel.

>>> Events are held each Tuesday from 6-9pm alternating between Austin, Dallas, Houston, or San Antonio.

>>> Equipment consists of a sound system, with wireless mics, video projector, video cameras, all built into an existing rack system. Setup typically takes about 30 minutes.

>>> Need to load equipment into van, drive to location (note: we usually have a separate driver that will be doing the driving), setup equipment, run equipment, tear down and drive back to Austin.

Wednesday:

Upload recordings made at live meetings to dropbox. Organize and manage dropbox folders.

>>> In addition to uploading files, there may be some light video editing needed. Mostly compressing files and/or trimming the files. Once files are uploaded, we do have a team of editors that do most of the editing.

Thursday: On Week (weekend event week):

Setup and existing equipment for a live event at a hotel - Note: this meeting will be run by a different person.

>>> Need to load equipment into van, drive to location (note: we usually have a separate driver that will be doing the driving), setup equipment. Similar to setup for Tuesday event, although meeting will be run by other people on Friday-Sunday

• Stay overnight at Hotel (for the events in San Antonio, Houston, or Dallas)

Thursday Off Week (no weekend event): Stay in Austin

• Record training videos for company president.
• Record REEL video for spokesmodel (Olivia) social media
• Photo Shoot spokesmodel (Olivia) for Social Media
• Upload content to dropbox for editors, etc.

Friday:

Operate existing equipment, cameras, and sound gear for recording a weekly YouTube show

>>> Show is recorded weekly, usually mid-day on Friday (or sometimes on Saturday) in Austin, Dallas, Houston, or San Antonio

Equipment Includes:

• Blackmagic ATEM mini pro system with 8 fixed cameras in dedicated mobile studio
• Shure wireless mics
• Tripods mounted canon video cameras and handheld DJI camera
• Optional DJI Mavic 2 - for drone footage
• Optional - B-Roll footage using DJI handheld
• Record show, upload to dropbox, manage online files for editors
• Keep equipment charged, manage memory cards, drives, etc.

Saturday:

We may or may not do anything on Saturday depending on the rest of the week

Sunday: OFF

Monday: OFF

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
