Chicago ABA Therapy serves a wide range of learners with an emphasis on life-changing therapeutic services for children with autism spectrum disorder. The practice specializes in services for children ages 2-5.

In addition to ABA therapy, the practice offers speech, feeding, occupational, and physical therapy, as well as psychological services and a therapeutic-preschool style and kindergarten program. The practice's multidisciplinary approach to learning facilitates a holistic approach to intervention that incorporates the perspectives of multiple disciplines.

The team of clinicians works closely to develop individualized treatment plans for every child to promote the most progress for each child. ABA therapists will work closely with BCBAs with many opportunities for supervision and in-person meetings.

Chicago ABA Therapy is currently seeking ABA therapists/RBTs. Our organization seeks and hires exceptional candidates and our application process is selective.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Planning for and providing targeted therapy for a variety of children on your caseload
• Providing direct services
• Performing data analysis and making data-based decision for skill acquisition and behavior-reduction programs
• Working closely with the BCBA to implement individualized programs for each child

Other necessary skills and attributes include:

• Openness to working with children of all ages and with a variety of disorder areas
• A passion for working with children
• The ability to “connect” with children and parents
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Creativity and flexibility
• Prior ABA therapy experience is a plus
