Our unique, 1-on-1 private school in Sammamish is looking for a full-time Admissions/Academic Coordinator (family onboarding and program oversight) with strong organizational skills and a collaborative approach to work in partnership with the other Academic Coordinators and Academy families to ensure a seamless and positive Academy experience. • 4-year degree or equivalent required
• Impeccable and typo-free oral/written communications
• Teaching certificate preferred, but not required
• Previous experience in a non-traditional educational setting preferred (but this position does not include teaching)
• Reliable transportation required

Academic Coordinators provide oversight to our portfolio of tutoring and secondary-school credit programs and drive the "start to finish" customer service for Academy families while also supporting instructors so that they excel and shine.
