Zions Credit Corporation has an exceptionally rewarding opportunity for a sales superstar to manage our Nevada C&I territory and will be based in Las Vegas.

Responsibilities include:
Prospecting, identifying, pre-qualifying, and closing new and existing business sourced from bank referrals, direct originations and vendor relationships.
Arranging and conducting title searches and obtains necessary documents.
Identifying specific target markets which will yield quality prospects.
Ensuring the preparation and processing of forms and legal documents.
Following current leases to ensure compliance with terms.
Prospecting and gathering necessary financial information to pre-qualify, structure, calculate price, close and inspect equipment.
Collaborates on market and industry analysis to determine marketing path and segmentation focus.
Train, teach and educate bank relationship managers of the benefits of equipment leasing and how to utilize the tool effectively.
Other duties as assigned.

Q ualifications:
Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of directly related experience. A combination of education and experience may apply.

Directly related experience soliciting and originating equipment leases and financing transactions. Negotiating terms and conditions; prices, structures, and quote transactions based on customer needs, market conditions, and bank requirements, determining whether the lease will be an acceptable risk; obtains and analyzes pertinent financial and credit data.
Requires strong prospecting and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Must be self-motivated with a verifiable track record demonstrating strong work ethic, sense of urgency, and ethics, excellent character and integrity.
