Raymond Building Supply is seeking a Remote Account Financial Manager to join our team!

Raymond Building Supply, a division of US LBM, is a leading distributor of specialty building materials in the United States with various locations all across Florida. Multiple locations seen in Lee, Collier, Sarasota, Polk, Broward and Hillsborough counties in South Florida.

Account Financial Manager Daily Duties:

  • Supports division due diligence process, including the management of external and internal resources as necessary
  • Manages Division financial/accounting department and provides strategic direction to division business development planning
  • Review and ensure accuracy of financial reports prepared by other accounting associates
  • Responsible for DSO reduction, collections in relation to sales, reserves and any other function that directly affects the department goals and objectives
  • Design, maintain and preside over accounting processes, procedures, and systems
  • Assist in financial management and regulatory reports for use by Enterprise leadership
  • Research and resolve accounting/finance problems while supporting/training
  • Assist in accounting function strategies

What we look for in a candidate:

  • Knowledge of builder based programs (supply Pro is a plus!)
  • Computer Experience using MS Office Products
  • Some college in Business, Finance, Accounting or equivalent in experience
  • 3+ years or experience dealing with accounting and/or finance
  • 3+ years of management experience
