As a member of the Orbus team, your primary focus will be to engage in acquisition of repeat customer business, upselling customers on our suite of digital transformation products and consultancy services across existing customers in the NAM region. You will be responsible for the commercial relationship and overseeing aspects of customer interaction while working very closing with our Customer Success Team. The opportunity will allow you to work for an organisations whos growth has been accelerated over the last 12 months due to the roll out of our market leading next generation tooling.
This is an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager to work in a hugely growing space were they will be managing our high value Americas accounts.

Core Responsibilities*
- Develop positive relationships with key decision-makers at the client organisation on global HQs
- Working together with the Head of Account Management and VP of Customer Growth to develop and deliver the global sales strategy for key strategic accounts
- Expand sales into a portfolio of ~ 50 accounts with strong forecast and funnel management process
- Deliver commercial outcomes by running a consistent sales process and setting next step expectations and contract negotiations with customers
- Migrate current clients from on-premise solution to SaaS
- Working very closely with our Customer Success team to ensure our customers are seeing value from their investment
- Attending sales Meetings and ensuring an accurate forecast and pipeline of Customer Business on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Ensuring SalesForce (Orbus CRM) is kept up to date by tagging all correspondence with customers and individual contacts;
- Organizing tailored Proof of Concept (POC) evaluations for customers that want to try out additional Orbus products and solutions
- Advising customers on additional value add services and solutions through their journey in Enterprise Architecture and Business Process initiatives;

Core Requirements*
- Experience in Account Management role within a SaaS vendor
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets when upselling and cross selling into existing customers
- Commercially orientated with a passion for owning and delivering renewal and expansion targets
- Self-starter with motivation to meet tight deadlines and to perform individually whilst working as part of a global team;
- Demonstrable experience in working with clients on end to end initiatives with successful business outcomes;
- Ability to absorb technical information and communicate this clearly to varied audience;
- Variable travel as part of onsite customer engagements
