Our client, an omnichannel retailer, is seeking an Account Manager to join their team in a hybrid setting in Hoboken, NJ. The ideal candidate has exceptional communication and presentational skills both written and verbal, as well as excellent client services experiencee. This is a temporary assignment of approximately 2 months with the potential for direct hire at the end of the contract period.

Job Duties include:
- Be an elevated point of contact for external stakeholders and internal creative, marketing, and media teams.
- Manage intake of briefs and requests on behalf of external clients for internal media solutions.
- Maintain contact with business and creative for all phases of projects.
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years in account management or client services in a creative production environment or media agency, preferable for clients in the retail or eCommerce sector.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook on MAC or PC
- Strength in developing strong internal and external partnerships
- 2+ years’ experience growing business relationships
