ABOUT THE JOB:
This is a Business-to-Business, OUTSIDE SALES role in the Voluntary Benefits Arena. We are seeking competitive, driven and enthusiastic individuals who can establish and maintain professional relationships with other business owners to ensure customer service is always maintained at a superior level. Previous Sales Experience and/or Insurance knowledge is not a requirement. The applicant will establish and maintain working relationships with his/her clients. The applicant will be part of a team but will be required at times to work independently.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Driver's License
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to obtain OK Accident, Health or Sickness License
- Cell Phone
- Transportation
- Laptop or Tablet
YOU WILL BE TAUGHT THE FOLLOWING:
- How to Identify and Approach Prospective clients
- How to work directly with business owners to improve various process and products as it relates to the employers Benefits Package
- How to professionally service and maintain your accounts
THIS POSITION PROVIDES:
