ABOUT THE ROLE OF ENGAGEMENT MANAGER AT THE GAP PARTNERSHIP
The role of Engagement Manager will be responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with clients, converting leads and opportunities, and developing and expanding existing relationships. The Engagement Manager is an essential connection point between TGP and our clients where you will ensure a positive client experience as well as manage and complete the sales and engagement lifecycle from opportunity identification through the completion of the sale.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Works closely with Managers, Consultants, and Client Administrators to provide hands-on internal and external onboarding and engagement support for clients
- Responsible for ensuring that all their client engagements are managed in line with, and fully compliant with the relevant TGP processes and procedures, including onboarding, billing and Finance set-up, and scheduling
- Working closely with other areas including Finance and Global Operations in managing the relevant requirements around client engagements
- Help those clients access our product and solutions, making that a seamless experience, and that all aspects are delivered effectively
- Builds strong relationships with clients in engendering trust. Creating a solid basis for development and expansion of those relationships. In identifying opportunities for on sell and the provision of additional services
- Take ownership for relationships within our client portfolio. Ensuring that we proactively maintain these relationships and optimize the opportunities they present
- Embracing and demonstrating growth through a feedback culture at all levels to ensure excellence continues to grow at all levels
- Builds and maintains positive relationships with all key stakeholders across the organization by fostering collaborative ways of working, based on trust, transparency, and respect
- Maintaining strong working relationships in their day-to-day interactions with all their colleagues in Operations. In being someone that can be relied upon and that regularly goes beyond in supporting them and our clients
REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to communicate effectively and confidently
- Strongest attention to detail and appreciation of process diligence
- A background in client management roles ideally working with blue chip organizations, and an experience of developing both existing and new client relationships and having developed relationships of all levels.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce preferred but must have experience of working with a CRM.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
