RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Saint Paul, MN that is seeking an Account Processor.

Responsibilities:
  • In this role, the Account Processor performs a variety of document processing and record keeping tasks associated with customer accounts that require a thorough knowledge of products and services in the assigned area
  • Entering new account information
  • Changing information on existing accounts
  • Recording transactions
  • Answering customer inquiries
  • Receiving, classifying, consolidating and summarizing documents and information
  • The Account Processor will be completing reports and providing administrative support
  • Customer service duties such as answering customer inquiries, resolving customer problems and responding to customer requests for information
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Financial Industry background
  • Experience in a call center environment
  • Good communication skills
  • Candidates qualifying for this position will have similar experience along with the skills and abilities to perform the duties mentioned
  • Any relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
