Account Representative Job at Level 5

Level 5 Remote

The Account Representative provides courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient phone assistance to our dealers. We are needing someone with above average customer service to answer inbound calls from past, potential, and existing dealers. Responsibilities will include reviewing customer operational and internal processes, website support, answering emails and phone calls.


Qualifications/Skills:

Education and Experience

  • 1-2 years’ experience in customer service or a call center role.
  • Excellent Customer Service and Phone Etiquette Skills
  • Time management and multitasking skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools specifically Outlook, Excel, Word

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Inbound/outbound phone calls with existing dealers
  • Email communication and follow up
  • Responsible for Customer satisfaction - Assist with resolving dealer questions and needs in a timely manner.
  • Any additional duties assigned from time to time

  • This is position salary range is between $38,000-42,000 DOE
