Working for the fleet services industry since 1990, American Midwest Fleet Solutions (AMFS) has been providing innovative products to the fleet market, as well as 12-volt aftermarket equipment, GPS, Telematics, Security, Decals, specialty equipment and field up-fitting services throughout North America.

The Account Representative will be the friendly, knowledgeable voice of the company. In this role you will use your exemplary customer service experience and technical savvy to assist other team members, large national account customers, vendors, and installation professionals. This is not an entry level position and requires a highly motivated, well organized, and experienced individual. This position will require extensive fast tracked technical training to assist and potentially oversee large accounts of GPS/Telematics/Equipment installations.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Providing a seamless experience for our customers
• Coordinating and overseeing multiple projects throughout North America
• Must be able to schedule multiple installations and follow up through completion
• Problem solving capabilities
• Attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks and follow up on multiple projects
• Strong communication skills are key in this fast paced environment
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
