Overview:
The Accounting Analyst is primarily responsible for managing and processing invoices and payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. They are also responsible for coordinating with various departments to obtain and acquire data and invoices, submitting payments to external vendors and suppliers, identifying errors and inconsistencies, and providing corrective measures. (This is a hybrid role, 3 days onsite)**

The Accounting Analyst is primarily responsible for managing and processing invoices and payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. They are also responsible for coordinating with various departments to obtain and acquire data and invoices, submitting payments to external vendors and suppliers, identifying errors and inconsistencies, and providing corrective measures. Responsibilities:
- Manage payments reporting and statements for all carrier partners across all lines of business.
- Make daily, weekly, monthly payments as needed, entering wires and ACHs into multiple bank accounts.
- Generate statements monthly, and work across multiple databases daily to generate cohesive standard reports and ad hoc reporting as needed.
- Work with internal business partners and external carrier partners to ensure accounts are in good standing.
- Resolve ad hoc inquiries from business partners, carriers, and other members of the finance and accounting team regarding carrier payables.
- 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable.
- Completed accounting coursework and/or certification.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or related field, preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including basic functions and Pivot Tables.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work on a cross-functional team.
