- Manage the company's financial accounts, payrolls budget, cash flow and assets.
- Handle the company's transactions and debts and do cash flow forecasting.
- Perform company's financial audits.
- Follow proper accounting procedures to reach financial objectives.
- Lead and process month-end/year end close processes.
- Monitor and analyze financial accounting data.
- Create financial reports based on data analysis
- Make recommendations to stakeholders.
- BA degree or higher in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- Highly proficient in MS Excel.
- Experience working with numerous accounting databases.
- Details oriented, accurate, strong time management and organizational skills.
- 2-3 years experience as a Accounting or Finance Manager
- Strong understanding of federal, state and local tax regulations.
- CPA preferred but not required
