The
Accounting Administrator will support Dallas financial operations. The primary responsibilities will include communicating with clients to distribute checks, updating client fund files as well as processing checks. This position will offer room for growth and advancement.

Salary: $45,000-$50,000 annually
Location: Dallas, TX (hybrid schedule)

Essential Functions:
- Communicate and distribute client checks
- Maintain client files
- Maintain and provide customer service by providing a daily report to clients
- Process billing system checks and check registers
- Transmit pay files to client banks
- Maintain client banking for checkbook groups and claims
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Perform all tasks in accordance with HIPAA/PHI guidelines
- Using Excel to format data files to align with customer expectations
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required, continued education in accounting, finance or related a plus
- Detail oriented and organized
- Solid Excel skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
