The position

• Assist with Coding and Processing Invoices.
• Account Payable inquiries.
• Invoice processing and handling manual payment request.
• Account Reconciliation preparation in Blackline.
• Assisting and preparing information for Sox Controls system (Key Controls).
• Conducting AP/AR Intercompany reconciliation process using BW reports.
• Booking journal entries in SAP mostly related to AP/AR areas, montly and QTR close.
• Assist AP Global team in AP – Good Receipt/Invoice Receipt issue resolution.
• Assist and prepare account reconciliations for different business areas.
• Perform AP aging analysis and assist in collecting aged item from vendors (Key Controls).
• Prepare and document detailed monthly accruals.
• Participate in continues improvement initiatives and projects along with the Treasuary & Solutions -AP team.
• Reviewing and processing affiliate billings monthly.

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant degree with experience in Finance or Accounting.
  
• 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable & Treasury.
• Ability to communicate and work effectively within Treasury & Solutions team, Accounting and all Business Area.
• Advanced & strong knowledge in Microsoft applications - (Excel, outlook, word).
• Knowledge in Power BI is a plus.
• Skilled in SAP.
• Accounts Payable experience; Oil & Gas industry is a plus.
• Team player, detail oriented and analytical mindset.
