Required Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree is required with an emphasis in Accounting, Finance or Business preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or demonstrated ability to learn is required.

Description:

• Process, reconcile, and review general ledger, customer, and/or firm accounts and transactions.
• Prepare and summarize firm financial reports and analysis to direct leaders in order to facilitate decision making.
• Assist in documenting, identifying, monitoring, and proactively improving business processes, systems, and controls related to area of responsibility.
• Maintain business relationships and partnerships with other associate counterparts impacting area of responsibility.
• Participate in functional teams responsible for implementing the Finance business objectives.

• Opportunity to build relationships within the firm across divisions and provide efficiencies to stakeholder processes
• Enhance and strengthen skill sets which can be utilized across the firm or other industries
• Will have the opportunity to streamline and effectively implement changes to firm processes

• Prior experience with PeopleSoft Financials is a plus.
