NaphCare has an excellent opportunity for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Corporate Headquarters in Birmingham, AL 35216.

Responsibilities:
- Analyzes and processes account payable in a timely manner.
- Code invoices and check requests with correct codes conforming to standard procedures to ensure proper entry into the financial system.
- Investigates and resolve problems associated with the processing of invoices and follow up on pending issues.
- Prepares check requests, wire transfers, and ACH transactions for payment.
- Reconcile vendor statements on a monthly basis researching any discrepancies.
- Performs other duties as required to support the Accounting Department
Requirements:
- Associate’s degree in Business or Accounting preferred with two years experience in an accounts payable role.
- Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and PDFs.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
**This is not a remote position. This position reports to the Corporate Headquarters, Monday – Friday, during normal business hours.
