Westminster-Canterbury on Chesapeake Bay is currently hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist.

What will I do?

The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for...

• Ensuring that resident monthly statements are processed accurately and timely.
• Maintaining an accurate accounting of resident payments.
• Assisting residents with account questions and concerns.
• Providing exceptional customer service to residents and external customers.
• Making sound judgment calls and appropriately routing customer inquiries, when necessary.

What do I need for this role?

• Associate's Degree in Business, or two (2) years of accounts receivable and customer service experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Excel with the ability to create spreadsheets by effectively manipulating data and presenting it in an understandable and useful format.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and react quickly under stringent time frames to meet fixed deadlines.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google software applications.
• Physician billing preferred
