Job description
Large Real Estate Development/Property Management firm has an opening for a full-time Accounts Receivable/Customer Service Specialist. Applications are accepted immediately. Ideal candidate will have residential property management and Yardi software experience.
Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· A high level of accuracy and attention to detail and have a dedicated approach to work
· Facilitate resolution of tenant issues pertaining to leases and rent payments.
· Performs bookkeeping duties
· Receive and record all payments within the accounting system
· Reviewing tenant billings and invoices
· Reviewing leases and database for accuracy
· Collection of outstanding balances
· Liaison to legal department.
· Provide customer service to residents
· Various projects as assigned by manager
Skills
· Ability to work as part of a team
· Strong computer skills required
· Property management experience a PLUS
· Yardi software a PLUS
