Established property management company is seeking experienced property manager in Orange County! Enjoy a rewarding and flexible career working with great people!
New Hires will be given a small book of business to manage (up to 20 units) after the first 30-60 days!
Requirements:
· Active NC Real Estate License
· Experience working in real estate and/or property management
· Knowledge of Orange County neighborhoods and surrounding cities
· Excellent customer service and organization skills
· Excellent work ethic and time management
· Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and communicate quickly and efficiently
· Willingness to network
· Active driver's license
