Desired Skill Sets:

• Ability to establish effective working relationships internally/externally;
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills ;

• Strong computer skills (e.g. GIS, SharePoint, Outlook and other Microsoft Office Suite programs, 3rd party Land Database for property/title searches, etc.);
• Effective communication (both oral and written) skills;
• Competencies in conducting land rights research including understanding legal descriptions;
• Real Estate due diligence;
• Experience supporting Gas Transmission Technical Services;
• Acquisition experience and fundamental understanding of issues related to land acquisitions;
• Valid CA Real Estate Licence;
• Effective negotiation skills;
• Able to ensure procedures and processes are followed;
• Encroachment management experience including encroachment compliance, monitoring, and reporting;
• Strong documentation, tracking, and reporting skills;
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow within the organization.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
