W K N D Digital is a boutique creative direct response marketing firm seeking an innovative Paid Social Acquisition Manager.
The mission of the Paid Social Acquisition Manager is to manage, coach, train and audit our team of ten Sr. Media Buyers on platforms like Facebook, TikTok, Google, YouTube, Bing, and Snapchat.
This position will report directly to WKND Founder & CEO Tommy Patterson and will work directly with WKND Partner and Director of Growth, Grayson Cross.
Main Responsibilities include:
- Coaching, managing, and auditing our team of ten Sr. Media Buyers daily
- Ensuring Sr Media Buyers are within 95% of their monthly spend and MER projections (Profitably)
- Leading Client calls, building meaningful Client relationships, consistently demonstrating knowledge and expertise
- Assisting with recruiting for future A-Players
This includes initial planning, implementation, monitoring, optimization, analysis, and reporting. This role will lead as our clients' day-to-day subject matter expert (SME), providing strategic recommendations, research, reporting, and responding to ad-hoc requests. You will be responsible for targeting customers, creating compelling and engaging ads with our creative team, and delivering outstanding communication, service, and campaign performance for our clients.
Additional Responsibilities include:
- Assist in the development of media strategy and building paid media plans (including audience targeting and segmentation, messaging, budgeting, optimizations, etc.)
- Leveraging our real-time data dashboards and a plethora of reporting tools, you will be tasked with communicating campaign performance to clients and creating a clear roadmap for the future.
- Analyze performance data and provide intelligent synthesis, interpretation, and appropriate action plans based on conclusions.
- Continuously measure and optimize campaign performance while establishing benchmarks and recommending future tests.
- Communicate with clients on all campaign elements, including planning, performance, and project status.
- Prepare reports and present results to clients and management.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices and strategies in advertising networks (betas, ad network updates, innovation opportunities, etc.)
- Use a data-driven approach to develop marketing strategies and plans to support and achieve the client's business objectives.
- Build effective relationships with all clients.
- Gather data on consumer, competitor, and market conditions.
Technical Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related major required.
- 8+ years of performance marketing experience in social is required.
- Highly knowledgeable with automation tools (bidding and targeting), Google Analytics, and other management & ad creative testing tools.
- Experience in scaling/increasing campaign advertising spend while maintaining or improving performance KPIs
- Experience in maintaining and growing large spending accounts with significant optimizations and budgets
- Ability to problem-solve and structure complex projects/plans with multiple stakeholders and deliverables
- Ability to communicate effectively to all employee levels while understanding both the day-to-day and big picture
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively

Key Points:
- Compensation: Base Salary of $84,000 - $120,000 (Total Comp (w/ bonus): up to $160,000)
- Monthly Bonus: 10-50% of Base Salary
