What you will need to succeed:

• Minimum of one year of experience in Senior services, preferably in a residential setting

• High school grad or GED

• Must be proficient in computer-based word processing applications

• Must have excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate in a kind and caring manner

• Demonstrate leadership, positive teamwork and professionalism
