Summary/Responsibilities: Plan, implement, and direct a full, varied, constructive activities program for residents in the Balmoral Care Center commensurate with each individual’s cognitive and physical ability.

Qualifications: Education: experience in working with a geriatric population. Bachelor’s Degree and CNA Certification preferred. Leadership qualities and organizational ability. Ability to be resourceful and creative in planning activity programs. Energetic and highly motivated. Some experience working with older adults with dementia. Group and individual program planning experience. Basic computer skills; good written and verbal communication skills. Previous experience with older adults with dementia and group work.
