Our hospital is offering up to $20K Hiring Bonus for eligible external RN candidates who meet all conditions for payment with minimum 2 years of acute/hospital based experience and up to $15,000 for those with less than 2 years of experience - this is in addition to the fantastic benefits and compensation package offered by the hospital that begin on your first day of employment!
Required qualifications:
Nursing degree/diploma upon hire
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or higher within 3 years of hire
Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire
PALS - American Heart Association upon hire
1 year Acute care experience working with the patient population similar to department of hire or completion of the specialty residency located at that facility
Preferred qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing upon hire
National Certification in area of specialty, unless otherwise indicated
