Alpha EMS Corporation, an electronic contract manufacturer, is looking for talented and motivated candidates for Data Entry clerk

Duties and responsibilities include:

1. Data entry, making charts & graphs

2. Make, revise, file and distribute documents

3. General document control activities

4. Making shipping labels for outgoing products

5. Help answer phone calls when needed

6. Update training records

7. Perform internal ESD, shelf life and ISO audits

8. Basic Understanding of Manufacturing processes

Job Requirements:

1. Excellent oral and written communication skills

2. Attention to details and problem solving skills

3. Proficiency in MS Office

4. Prior admin and document control a plus
