Compass Medical Primary Care in Middleboro is looking for an administrative assistant to help support our busy practice. This is an opportunity for an organized and dependable candidate.
This position entails:
- Checking patients in and out
- Verifying insurance and patient demographic information
- Making appointment confirmation calls
- Performing secretarial duties
- Scheduling patient appointments
- Answering phones in a call center setting
- Other duties as assigned
The ideal candidate must:
- Have excellent customer service skills
- Be able to work in a team environment
- Have excellent time management skills
- Be able to prioritize and manage workload efficiently
- Have excellent communication and listening skills
- Be flexible with changing work flows and schedules
- Have an excellent attendance record
The ideal candidate should have experience working in a medical office setting and within an electronic medical record but we are willing to train the right person.
