Administrative Assistant, PT 20 hrs/wk. Homework House is seeking a part-time administrative assistant to provide general office and bookkeeping support to our Executive Director & Director of Programs. Duties include, but are not limited to, processing donations, typing and filing, prep of payroll, purchasing supplies, maintaining student and volunteer databases. The ideal candidate will demonstrate good verbal and written communication abilities, strong computer skills, be detail–oriented, flexible and able to work independently and as a team member. Bi-lingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred. Min. 2 years office experience & high school diploma required. MA drivers license required. Proficiency in Office & G Suite applications is required. Experience with QuickBooks or Salesforce is a plus. To apply, please send cover letter & resume
