Administrative Assistant Needed Immediately (Palmetto)
Newby Management is seeking an administrative assistant to work part-time at a manufactured home community.
Work schedule will be Monday-Friday, 9:00 am - 3:00 pm, 27.5 hours per week.
This is a VERY fast paced office and will need a customer service friendly person.
Must be well organized, detail oriented, multi-tasker, quick learner on new software programs, and have superior customer service skills.
Some job duties include, but are not limited to:
Performs computer, clerical, filing, phones, and general office duties.
Greets visitors, answers, routes and responds to telephone calls, emails, and faxes as appropriate.
Some accounts receivables and payables.
Prepare notices
Resident correspondence.
Resident work orders and resident relations.
Skill tests of Excel, Word, Customer Service and Typing are required.
Credit/Criminal Background checks required prior to employment offer.
Compensation to be determined.
