The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and clerical services in order to ensure effective and efficient operations.
The Administrative Assistant reports to the Business Manager and is responsible for providing administrative and clerical services.
Main activities:
- Prepare documents and reports on the computer
- Backup some Business Manager responsabilites
- Type correspondence, reports and other documtnes
- Maintain employee attendance records.
- Travel Arrangements
- Backup Payroll
- Expense reports
- Assist Safety & Logistics Superintendent
- Print out cost reports as requested by Project Manager
- Reconcile Travel VISA
- Update City Business Licenses
- Reconcile and batch fields checks
- Perform other duties as required

Requirements
- Knowledge in office administration & bookeeping procedures
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (outlookl, Word Excel, PowerPoiubt & Publisher)
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality concerning financial and employee files
