TMD is looking for a full time Administrative Assistant to join our growing team! Generally, the hours will be Monday – Friday from 8am – 5pm. The Administrative Assistant will perform a wide variety of tasks to support overall office functions including all front desk/reception duties.
Compensation will be based on experience and capabilities.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Answering multi-line phone system and accurately routing calls.
  • Processing daily cash deposits and credit card payments.
  • Data entry of sales orders for inside sales representatives.
  • Processing all incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Assisting office manager with a variety of tasks to include:
  • Maintaining records and files
  • Preparing documents and files
  • Assisting customers via phone and in-person with a variety of tasks.
  • Scheduling meetings and interviews and making travel arrangements as necessary.
  • Performing general administrative support and filing duties for multiple departments.
  • Other duties and tasks as assigned or necessary.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative capacity
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Professional demeanor
  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience using Sage 100 preferred
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Knowledge of standard office practices and procedures
  • Additional Requirements: Background check clearance including drug screening and I-9 documentation as required by law
