Responsibilities
- Format resumes
- Order supplies, call for service on machines, set up new hire desks, etc…
- Contact contractors to remind them to enter their hours for payroll
- Enter new jobs, submit candidates, run reports, create spreadsheets, etc...
- Code office invoices and email them to corporate for payment
- Additional duties as needed
Qualifications
- High School Diploma is required
- Strong organizational skills, with ability to keep others focused, on task and efficient
- Knowledge of industry organization, terminology and operations preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Advanced Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and data base management.
- Ability to utilize technology effectively (including WebEx and presentation tools)
- Great attention to detail and a desire to complete tasks quickly and efficiently.
- Possess strong written and oral English
