Our firm is currently growing and we are seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant who can help us attract top quality talent to join our team.
What You'll Do
You will be primarily responsible for answering phones, scheduling appointments and aking phones to possible candidates to enter the Financial Service Industry. You will be a talent champion who can actively stay connected to an active pipeline of candidates, building relationships and energetically selling the role and our firm's value proposition.
You will also help us with the tracking and analyzing recruiting results, managing targeted recruitment campaigns and identifying strategies to improve recruiting initiatives.
Who You'll Work With
Based in South Florida, you will be a collaborative participant and will be working closely with our leadership team establishing effective working relationships with all team members to provide your perspectives and concerns as the "voice of recruiting".
Responsibilities
Answer phone and greet visitors, schedule appointements and make phone calls to prospective candidates. Facilitate communications between Managing Directors and possible candidates. Communicate proactively and in a timely manner with candidates, providing details on the selection process. Assist with other administrave office duties.
