OVERVIEW OF THE COMPANY AND THE POSITION:

Transform Your Space is one of the biggest and best professional organizing companies in Orange County. We are growing rapidly so are looking for a full time (40 hours a week) Administrative Assistant / Associate Organizer. The schedule is VERY flexible and you may do most of the work from home. Note - working remotely 100% of the time is not an option. Candidates must be located within commute distance to Tustin, CA.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

This is a very interesting job with a lot of variety! Every day is different, but common tasks include:

  • answering phones
  • scheduling organizers
  • client communications
  • research online for organizing supplies
  • selling items online
  • occasionally assisting with on-site organizing jobs
  • pick up and drop off of materials

Great communication skills and a working vehicle are required, and experience with Microsoft Office, HouseCall Pro, Facebook Marketplace are plusses. Although it is a fast-paced environment, we also have a lot of fun and the employees feel more like family members.

PAY DETAILS:

  • Base pay rate is $18 - 20 per hour, depending on experience
  • Receive a bonus every time you're mentioned in a review
  • Pay also includes client tips!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
