Administrative Assistant/Receptionist/Bookkeeper Job at Wire Technologies

I'm looking for someone to help me with my office / administrative tasks for my small business. I'm an independent Mechanical Engineer, I mostly work alone at my location in Kannapolis NC. Most of my time is spent doing Engineering related projects / products for various customers within the Medical Device and Aerospace industries. I'm looking for someone to work part time, maybe 1 or 2 days per week, mostly just taking care of the administrative tasks that typically are needed for a small business like mine.

-Light Bookkeeping

-Keeping track of Emails, Deadlines

-Communicating with Customers / Suppliers

-Paying Bills

-Deposits

-And Whatever clerical responsibilities that are needed

My goal is to be able to focus my time on the Engineering side of the business, and have you help me with all the back end things that typically are needed to make sure my business is organized. I'm pretty flexible with time, and I don't think you would need to be here 100% of the time either. I would be open to you working from home, but being able to pop into the office from time to time.

If you are looking for some part time work (On going, Not temporary), have experience managing a small business, are looking for flexible hours (Within a 9 to 5 window), are organized, and needs very little direction, then I would be happy to hear from you.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
