- Receives/enters data for new/current patient and employee records/documentation.
- Contacts team members and administrative employees to obtain/maintain current information according to Company policy, state and federal regulations
- Maintain availability lists and complete/accurate schedules, including frequency/duration of services as identified in plan of care and under the direction of the Executive Director.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of one-year data entry, word processing and/or medical records maintenance experience in a medical customer service environment generally require.
