Administrative Coordinator Job at John Moriarty & Associates of Virgiania
- Manage office communications—greet in visitors to office, field organizational phone calls, emails, and traditional mail
- Handle incoming and outgoing packages and courier services
- Scheduling and managing shared calendars / office spaces
- Keep shared office spaces organized
- Maintain employee contact lists
- Track and order office supplies, to include office snacks and other perks
- Represent office / develop positive relationships with colleagues, external associates, including vendors, clients, and subcontractors
- Collaborate across departments to help plan events and initiatives
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Must be proficient in MS Office applications, other software experience a plus.
Looking for someone with Associates or Bachelor’s degree (business administration focus, preferably).
