Administrative Coordinator Job at New Hope Carolinas
New Hope Treatment Carolinas, has immediate openings for an HR Coordinator at our 150 bed Psychiatric Treatment Facility, located in Rock Hill, SC. Our facility is only 20 mins south of Charlotte, NC and 1 hour north of Columbia, SC
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Assists employees with requests and/or needs as it pertains to employment.
- Completes administrative tasks such as ordering supplies, filing, copying, and document retention or destruction.
- Ensures compliance with state, federal, and credentialing agencies by maintaining accurate files on all employees.
- Assists with annual checks on all current employees (SLED, Central Registry, OIG, NC Health Care Registry, and Driving Records) and enter data in HR database.
- Responds to employment verification requests.
- Issues keys to employees and maintains signed logs.
- Maintains the company driving list and licensure spreadsheets.
- Coordinates and participates in new hire orientation including schedule and securing trainers. Also, ensuring all new hires completes the orientation in its entirety and have medical clearance to work.
- Compiles training data and enters training data into employee’s file in the HR database and outside portals if required.
- Maintains department workflow by sorting and delivering information to the Human Resources Generalist, Human Resources Manager, and Director of Human Resources.
- Provides employees information and guidance on the company benefit package i.e.: Group Health and Dental, Vision, Life, STD, etc.
- Initiates and follows through with the FMLA and LOA process.
- Additional Responsibilities- Performs other related tasks as may be assigned by the Human Resources Generalist, Human Resources Manager, and Director of Human Resources. Requires the ability to work a flexible schedule at times.
