Job Summary
ClearCom IT Solutions, Inc. is currently recruiting for an administrative & marketing assistant. This position will assist our support team and work collaboratively with the marketing & sales team to strengthen the relationship with our partners and reach out to new prospects.
Full-time hours, but willing to work around part-time hours depending on the qualified candidate’s situation and qualifications. Work in an office team environment. This is NOT a remote or work-from-home position.
The ideal candidate should have previous office and customer service experience. However, we will train the right candidate. Must have reliable transportation and the ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Perform general administrative office duties
  • Answer phones and triage support requests to our support team
  • Provide support to Management and Marketing teams in the creation, preparation, and coordination of proposals, and pitches for new business
  • Assist with organizing and managing events for the team, our partners, & educational webinars
  • Assist with social media management and communication with customers
  • Help brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Compile materials for direct mail campaigns to prospects and partners
  • Make routine follow-up calls and emails to prospects on a weekly basis. (not cold calling)
  • Work within the Customer Relationship Management software and ensure it is up-to date
  • General Accounts Receivable entries into Quickbooks
  • Any other projects and tasks as assigned

Qualifications and Skills

  • Exceptional project & time management skills
  • Highly creative and self-motivated
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills for print and online materials
  • We are a technology company and the applicant must be tech-savvy
  • Familiar with MS Office Suite
  • Experience with online/offline marketing, website, and social media management a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM and Newsletter programs is a plus

Education & Experience

  • Office Administration: 3+ years (Preferred)
  • Customer Service: 3+ years (Preferred)
  • Bookkeeping (Preferred)
