The Administrative Sales Coordinator is responsible for assisting and supporting the sales and marketing team. Qualifications:

  • College Degree (Marketing or communications preferred)
  • 2+ years minimum relevant experience
  • CRM software proficiency
  • Experience with Dynamics CRM preferred
  • Microsoft Office, with an emphasis in Excel and strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Word
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous Mining industry experience preferred not required
  • Ready to be of service, willing to multi-task and handle rapidly changing priorities
  • Self-motivated, self-directed, organized, and proactive
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Task management ownership including other team member involvement
  • Ability to interface comfortably with all levels of management

Responsibilities:

  • Offer administrative support to executives and office personnel as needed
  • Coordinate on-site and offsite company meetings
  • Creation of meeting presentation packets, agendas and event outlines
  • Involvement in company events, including tradeshows and customer events
  • Coordinate completion of requested customer documents and contracts
  • Generate capital equipment quotations
  • Report & dashboard creation, management, and distribution
  • Overall maintenance and organization of Dynamics CRM database
  • Coordinate show calendar and manage timelines
  • Assist with show contracts, registrations and ordering of necessary services
  • Coordinate travel / accommodations as needed
  • Creation of PowerPoints to align with the Derrick brand
