- Previous customer service experience

      Duties and Responsibilities
     
 
     
       The Associate Vice Chancellor’s Office (AVC) of Human Resources/Talent Acquisition & Compliance is seeking a Receptionist to work on-site and in-person.
      
      
      Duties include but are not limited to:
- Greeting, referring, and assisting visitors
 - Answering the phone and emails, forwarding to appropriate units/individuals
 - Distribution of mail
 - Assisting with basic administrative functions of an office
 
      Other Work/Responsibilities
     
 
     - Verification of new employee’s personal identification for the issuance of I-9s
 - File management and purging following State document retention and University archival policies
 - Providing additional administrative support to the AVC’s office as needed
