Full Life Care helps adults with chronic illnesses and physical or developmental disabilities in a variety of ways. We are dedicated to improving lives and supporting caregivers. We are expanding into Snohomish County and are looking for a Home Care Supervisor who is passionate about people to support our Homecare programs and lead the opening of a new office. Full Life Care has been serving Washington for over 40 years and we have many long-term team members dedicated to your success!

Our Home Care Supervisor:

• Administers the Home Care aide workforce, providing collaborative supervision to Homecare team.
• Ensures continuity and quality of care to clients by hiring, developing, and motivating our incredible Home Care team.
• Ensures the wellbeing of team members and Home Care participants by providing training and support.
• Assigns and monitors the work of all agency direct care personnel and contractors.
• Coordinates services provided to the client via Home Care aides, case managers, and client family members.
• Provides the initial assessment visits, and required reassessment visits, and develops and revises the Home Care Service plan. Assures compliance with the Home Care Service Plan by agency direct care staff.
• Assists with the evaluation development and revision of agency policies and procedures related to Home Care services.
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements Include:

• Associates degree or higher in social services, home economics, or a related field; and/or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two or more years of experience working in a health or social services setting.
• Valid Driver’s license and automobile insurance verification, if applicable;
• Experience working in a health or social services setting preferred.

Physical Requirements of the role:

• Must be able to lift up to 25lbs;
