HealingUS Centers understands the needs of someone who is struggling with mental health disorders and/or substance abuse related issues. We offer PHP, IOP, and OP levels of care in Freehold and Toms River, NJ and Fort Myers, Florida. We are seeking an experienced representative to join us in our mission to help others and give everyone the best possible chance at recovery.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Admissions Coordinator is responsible for answering inquiries via telephone, email, and various other methods of contact. The Coordinator is responsible for gathering information, verifying insurance, and providing tours for prospective clients and their families. The admissions coordinator works directly with the Director of Admissions to ensure a seamless journey for the family or referral partner.

SPECIFIC AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

● Conducts initial screening of potential clients and referrals to ensure they meet admissions criteria.

● Verifies insurance through multiple sources.

● Answers questions and concerns of clients and their families.

● Coordinates referral for those not eligible for our programs.

● Is responsible for entering all pertinent info into CRM.

● Represents the company to referral sources, potential clients, and other outside individual agencies in a professional and courteous manner that reflects positively on the program and staff.

● Reports directly to the Director of Admissions for approval or denial of prospective clients.

● Any other tasks deemed appropriate by administration.

REQUIREMENTS

● 1-3 years of experience in behavioral health care and coordination of clients in crisis

● Knowledge of the addiction and mental health treatment industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
