Admissions Coordinator Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the prospective residents/patients and their families to address any questions/concerns.
  • Work with a sense of urgency to complete all required documentation necessary prior to the resident/patient’s admission.
  • Foster open lines of communication with team members who must be involved in the admissions process.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Long term care experience is required.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task efficiently.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Marketing experience is a plus.
